NEED HELP! 20 year old that knows NADA about ADSL.

Ok, so I have a tiny problem. I'm trying to access this forum: http://z7.invisionfree.com/teeninterrupted/index.php?act=idx

but for some reason when I'm connected to ADSL it won't load. I know it's not the forum's servers that are down because when I connect to the internet through my phone, the forum works fine.
The error it give me is: 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage'

Can anyone tell me how I can fix this?
I know my mother blocks some websites, but she didn't block that forum...

it loads up fine for me with ff4. uh hold on, can you access http://mybroadband.co.za with ADSL? if you can you're perhaps capped, but i recommend downloading a better browser as well anyway

dug out IE 9.0.1 and that forum opens fine too, so the problem might not be browser related afterall

I have tried google chrome, it's the only other browses I have and it says:

This web page is not available
The web page at http://z10.invisionfree.com/CAUTIONTOTHEWIND might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Error 330 (net::ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED): Unknown error.

Yet it works on everyone else's pc just fine... And if I connect through my phone. It's pretty much all invisionfree forums that won't work.
When I'm connected through fnb it works fine too....

Lol, they're on holiday, I asked her before she left and she says she has no idea, she's a web designer (O,o) so she should know SOMETHING lol.

Yes I don't think it's a browser problem... :/ And I'm not capped, I can access ANY other website except invisionfree forums.

Thats a full dump of the main page content,I think something is either being finnicky or not downloading correctly,try the individual links and see what content can't be accesses,maybe we can block the parts that fail

I've tried them all and the only ones I'm having trouble with is the .js files... When I open them they require me to either save or run the script, when I choose open/run the following error pops up:
Image1-1.jpg


Could that be me problem? It says the same thing with all the .js files. When I try saving them it says their publisher couldn't be verified.

Try grabbing Noscript for firefox and block all the scripts on that page,then access it and enable 1 script at a time

Update:

Ok, so I got firefox and the no script add on, still won't work...
Error messege:

Content Encoding Error

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression.

Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

Somewhere there's a breakdown at the host that's breaking the page,usually bad coding. Specifically

The problem ended up being caused by the page compression....uses page compression techniques to zip the outgoing HTML to make the file size smaller, which is supported by most browsers. The white screen happened when the PHP notice got added to the top of the page. Normally, a PHP fatal error would not send any data, just the error. In this case, the problem was just a notice-level error, so the HTML output was still sent, and somehow the notice text was not compressed

I really don't know where you got that IP address from with the tracert command, because my Neotel & IS DNS servers are reporting the IP address as 209.85.12.233.

I would suggest that you open the C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts file with Notepad (which you have to run as Administrator), and then add the following line:

209.85.12.233 z7.invisionfree.com
Once you've saved the file, restart your browser and see if you can access that website.

If you still can't access it then, then you have some kind of a browser safe filtering thing going on or your ISP is running a transparent proxy that is prohibiting you from accessing that website.
