NEED HELP ASAP PLEASE

Hi my company is based in Pretoria and we need to get a VOIP Conference phone ASAP (like this same afternoon really)...any suggestions of where i could get one of these, and even suggestions of what to buy whould be welcome. Thank you

basically just want a IP Conference phone for our boardroom because\
a) conference calls
b) but not so neccesary recording meetings

we do allot of bussiness with clients abroad, so want to keep the quality as good as could be expected over a SIP server..but literarily just looking for a place I can buy a SIP conference phone

The ideal conference phone is the Polycom, it is very expensive.

Another alternative is to get a really good voip phone, that has a good speakerphone function, I make use of the Cisco 7940 works really well, also pricey but you can get good deals on ebay for them.

You may buy a USB Conference Phone , connecting your PC via USB pc,then , you may have a meeting.
It is free since it is based on VoIP.
The usb conference phone is not expensive .
