Need help identifying a tree

Hope you good people who know most everything amongst all of you can help me identify a tree. I know there are probably other places I could ask, but let me start here.

Yeah, clearly cenredash has neglected it. Such a pity. Looks like it could have been one of the greatest trees of all time if given just a little tlc.

Not an expert but looks like one of the wild fig family of trees.

Has huge root system that's known to break up concrete.

I believe it is mature even though I didn't look at the ID She looked 18 Magistraat!

But I like it .. I wanted to keep it, but the roots growing towards the house is in a spot I wanted to build.

But wouldn't there be fruit on the tree? No figs that I can see.
