Need Help Please - MS Outlook 2003

If any one could help me with this it would be great, i have been battling with this for a while.

I am trying to send a normal e-mail, but it does not want to leave my OUTbox.

I go to my accounts area, (to check for any problems ) and all is ok. i can send the test message and recieve and all, but the actual e-mails do not want to go.

If any one needs more info please let me know.

Exchange server or via an ISP? If ISP, who are they? How big is the e-mail you are trying to send? ... and I am sure you meant OUTBOX and not Inbox?

Is it a Cybersmart email account or something else like gmail for instance?

If you use Gmail, make sure POP Forwarding has been enabled

Fine, but are you sending an e-mail from [email protected] via smtp.cybersmart, or are you sending using something like [email protected] via smtp.gmail.com?

Also try this:

had this same problem, I solved it by going to the send recieve option under tools->options then editing the send recieve group to not include the outbox in the send recieve process. then i logged out of outlook, logged back in and reset the outbox to be part of the send receive process, problem solved
