Need Help Please

Stay away from Brasso and just get a car liquid wax and buff that thing off, it's only surface scratch as I don't see the black plastic under the paint, it will look very much better except for that dent on the fender.

it is a tiny dent, can i not just press it out?

You could start by taking it to a car wash where they should be able to buff it off. I had something similar and some dent repair place quoted be 4K for repaid but fortunately my local car wash guy noticed and used a buffing machine to remove it. There's still a slight dent I need to have sucked out but it's hardly noticeable.

Maybe get a quote to fix it privately. Sell the car as is and subtract the amount it will cost to fix. Unless it is done very well, people will question how bad the damage was as you will notice it was painted.

You can, you will need a hot air gun to warm the metal and something hard to push it out, if you can get something curved to go with the wheel arch line, check the Youtube videos, plenty of them for such things. Get the wax and start on the bumper for inspiration.

Lol I had a dent I used that method warm water and that thing, that unblock the shower when it's blocked. It worked luckily the was no scratch it was only a dent, I watched a video on YouTube on how to fix a dent yourself.
