Need help regarding 7ds pc version

Hi guys so this game 7ds pc version is something ive been struggling with for months. Downloading the game files is no problem but I always stuck at "connecting to server" in a continuous loop unable to play.On mobile this game works. Ive tested multiple pcs and laptops on my connecting with no luck customer support is just a bunch of bots. So if anyone can have the time to test the game on their side to figure out if its my network,blocked in this country on pcs or just none of my specs works for it even though I have the recommended specs for it. Just need to know so I can stop stressing about it . Other friends of mine with kaker pcs and low end pcs can run just not me and I have 3 no luck. Any help will do

Just to save yourself a headache, sign up for a free/trial VPN account with Proton or similar and just set it up on your pc. Quick way to see if something is blocking the client from connecting if it connects through a VPN.

Hi, Nope VPN does not work lmao. Tried about 8 including Proton

Strange, then the only other thing I can think is Anti-Virus software with built in firewall is blocking it for some reason. Or something in the Windows firewall settings even.

Tried everything by disabling Firewall as well as temporarily disabling my mesh router setup firewalls to no avail. And tested on two isp and mobile data. I just believe it's blocked in the country. Whenever I use an VPN it immediately kicks me out on start-up. So I don't know anymore that's why I wanna ask if there's any luck around in Rsa so that I know the issue the issue isn't on me

During pc installation I specified my C:\Games instead of the default location.

On my phone I configured login with email by creating a new account linked to my email address. On the pc side I did the sync data via email thing.

Hi thanks for your good work appreciate it but the game runs with warp? Are you using Warp+ because mine doesn't wanna open when using normal warp??

Warp (not +).

I haven't played yet as it downloading game files at the moment but the game opens, I can connect to the global server and login.

On my way out so won't be able to do more testing now.

My phone ran out of space and the pc is asking me to login from the phone which I cant do as the game wont start due to a lack of space. I'll try cleaning up stuff tomorrow.

update:Just needed a motherboard thats gen 3 and above and it worked

It works on his phone on the same wifi. we are looking for a fix but caint find any... im pretty sure his motherboard is gen3 or Gen3+... did you find any other fix? ( edit ) nv he got a h110m-hd3-ddr3-cf that is a Gen 2.... if there is a way let me know...

Hi, sorry for late reply. Unfortunately only 3rd cpu generation and above will work. However that motherboard is extremely poor in gaming like low of the low. I am not sure what other requirements the game needs because the support does not help you at all. Perhaps try to get a better motherboard and make sure he has a Intel I-series of generation 6 and above. If it's pentium or celeron forget about playing the game lol
