Need help upgrading desktop

the guy i bought my previous pc from has a i5 2nd generation 2.8ghz quad core core 32nm procesor , a h61 MOBO ( has hdmi ) , 4gig ram and a tb hdd ...with case and psu for R4299

im not sure if thats the best deal for it

I cant really comment on intel...
Im an amd guy bec of bang for buck.
But from what ive read the i5 is good.
As for the price maybe pada or some one else can assist u.

Where are you located? If in PE I can help you out at the shop I work at.

Otherwise the other guys have mentioned already, no use in getting a graphic card if you want to use HDMI on the motherboard. The graphic overwrites the motherboard for a lack of better words.
