Need help with my new phone!! PLEASE!

Hey there, I got the SE w810 today, but just cant get the gprs to work(i have mtn)

And can someone please explain what a Vodafone actually does?? and can vodafone live! be used with mtn and do i have to subscribe for something?

ive tried the *123# thing but still, no cigar.

Vodafone pretty much just gives you access to the VLive-services - it is basically a Vodafone (parent company of Vodacom) branded phone with the settings pre-entered (and most likely forced) onto the phone.

You can't access VLive from MTN, no. EDIT: If you want it, buy a pre-paid Vodacom SIM? Should work...

Can't help you with the settings, though.

ok, my gprs works, but still not the vodafone live thing... so i have to get vodacom to use it????

Vodafone live won't work with a MTN simcard..........

Ive tried to make it work but it wont, maybe on the 6680 but thats the only phone, Get a Voda sim, you wont have problems, but by using a mtn sim it wont be smooth sailing even for non vodalive pages.

Could you please advise what problems you're having with an MTN sim in terms of other web pages

On a K750 you lose your gprs settings, you have get new ones all the time, your connection breaks sometimes for no reason, but theres a way around that, Try SE settings, it works for a while but then the same problem...

Been using a Voda sim since and havent had a single problem, it always connects fast dowloads everything...

Not that its the network, I just think the phone and the sim works hand in hand...
