you do realize that this post will get slanted and shredded to pieces, right? You're asking for help on a topic which just about every oke with a "puter" has an expert opinion about.....

back to the topic,

1. which links? why don't they work? And to edit them out normally involves editing the HTML / PHP / ASP / SQL code and fixing it. It all depends on what platform your website was written on, and what controls the links.

2. What terms & conditions "thing"? Are you referring to the wording? There's no "standard template" to use for terms & conditions, but rather some samples you could use as a draft for your industry. Best would always be to consult a lawyer for this, since it's supposed to have some form of legal binding / guarantee / protection for you & your clients.

3. good enough for what? What exactly do you want to accomplish?

4. well, what was your initial thoughts when you started it? Who's your target market? What marketing plan / budget do you have in place?

1 Im talking about the liks in the "find a freelancer" box and i think it is designed in php but im not sure, how do i find out?

2 Ok ill try find one to help me with this, is there a "stabdared template" for FAQ though? because i havnt been asked anything yet lol.

3 Like is it safe, does it look appropriate, im trying to get a site like getafreelancer.com, scriptlance.com or guru.com

4 I was thinking of running it like ebay or bidorbuy run their websites but im not to sure how they make money. Is it from ads?

Do more research

You need to do more homework before providing these kind of services.
Sign up for an account on Odesk or elancer and see how they run their
website else you will run into a problem where buyers will hire a provider
but refuse to pay them for any work that was done hence your website's reputation will go down the crapper!
