Need Reliable connection

Hi there i run a "small internet based income generating bussiness".

Effectively i have programs that invest on the internet. For this purpose i need a reliable (meaning almost zero lag/dissconnection) connection. I do not need a fast connection (my download+upload max is never over 20kb/s).

I was with Telkom ADSL but migrated to MWeb about a year ago because i had an old account with them and by migrating i could also save a small amount. Since migrating to MWEB i have seen increasing lag on my connection. The last 2/3 months this lag / disconnection as increased noticeably and my connection is no longer fit for my purpose.

I wish to migrate (line hire ect) FROM mweb to some reliable isp. ATM i have a 3GB cap with 384KB line. I always run over my cap and my avg use is about 4GB.

Any advise plz

Mweb are not responsible for any disconnections on the line (unless its purely ISP disconnections and not ADSL disconnections as well).

You will unfortunately always have lag/disconnections in this country with any consumer grade internet access. You will have ot pay a small fortune for something like Metro Ethernet to get a stable reliable connection.
