Need reliable PHP programmer in the East Rand

Our company creates websites and on occasion we need to develop in PHP. The chap we use at present is unreliable.

Anyone in the East Rand who would be keen to do a bit of freelance work for us?

Does he have to be on site to do the work? Can do it from jhb cbd without needing to come to the east rand everyday.
