need some help choosing a fibre provider

Out of the list you have there there are only a few uncapped, unshaped and unthrottled ISPs,

Rocketnet
Cool Ideas
Home Connect AKA Cipherwave
Cellc C Fibre
Accelerit
Nepic
Packetsky

Out of that list I would probably recommend Home Connect, Cool Ideas or Rocketnet. Cellc C-Fibre does have a very nice deal where you get 3 months free.
Would you still stick to that recommendation list?

We may have a 50Mbps spring special for new customers tomorrow.

The thing most people don't take into consideration when choosing an ISP is how easy they make it to cancel. In my experience Afrihost has been the best in this regard. Some other ISP's make it extremely difficult to cancel.

Typically clawback related and requirements from the FNO.

You shouldn't have to cancel your service if you are a happy customer.

I'm speaking more about the actual physical implementation of cancelling. Some archaic ISP's require you to fill in a form and then fax/email it to them for example. Or you have to actually phone them and speak to a person. It should be as easy as clicking the "Cancel" button in your ISP's client portal. There are many other reasons for cancelling besides not being happy. Maybe you're moving to another area that doesn't have fibre, or you're moving overseas, or whatever. Either way cancellation should be a smooth and easy process.
