DG834GT with 1.02.19 (latest firmware)
I need to reset my router's flash to what is was when I bought it. By accident I did this:
Background:
I have this model router (DG834GT) at home and a DG834G v4 at my office for the VPN facilities.
I had a problem at home with internet and wasn't sure if it is the router or my ISP. Since I am almost around the corner from the office, I went to fetch the DG845G v4 from my office.
I can not remember how I did it, but after I have discovered that the router is OK, I ended up restoring the DG834G v4's settings from my office to my DG834GT for home.
Ever since then, when I log in to the router, it feels like it takes forever to login. To change from one menu-item on the router to another almost takes forever. Also there are now the menu items for VPN which my router cannot do.
How can I reset my router to absolute factory settings so that I can get it to the way it was when I bought it?
