Need URGENT Help Please! with a Vodafone Smart-Tab 10 !

Hey all

so i got this tab free from vodacom and im not sure how it happened but it won't fully work :( when I turn it on on shows "Android" and then shows the Vodafone logo over and over...

How do I fix this? getting VERY frustrated! :mad:
 
Press the small button next to the sound, turn off turn on then i get the screen for my pin.

I have the same issue and it works for me, it if doesn't work then hold that same button down for 20 seconds and reboot. If that doesn't work rma it.

Sweet tab though i gotta admit i am loving it.
 
tried the 20 second on button thing :( but as soon as i let go of it it pops back on! and it wont turn off at all it just keeps flashing the vodafone logo, what do you mean RMA it? :)
 
Take the battery out and let it reboot

You don't need take to out the battery, if you hold in the the small button it will cold reboot just like removing the battery, from there if it's not working take thing back and tell them it has not worked and you want it replaced on the spot. Don't back down but get there soon dude.

They may even be able to fix it, when mine did it i just cold booted by holding the button for 20 seconds and it worked.

the small button next to the sound is the Power button right? - I have tried holding it in for over 20 seconds and it reboots up until the vodafone logo again :cries:
