I've worked with many of them before, locally and while I was in Dubai, and they never deliver on deadline, never have an optimized solution (I kept hearing our server wasn't good enough for 1 website) and would most likely just disappear with your money

You just attract negative people to yourself because that's who you are. I work with an indian guy and he is insanely smart, you will never in your life get to the level he is.

Working one year in the middle east does not make you an expert on anything.
