Needed: Laptop and Printer

Hi Guys.

I am looking for a Laptop (able to do simple word processing and a bit of photo editing ie. Photoshop)

Then also a colour laser printer capable of printing basic certificates, not pictures.

Anyone got an idea? The lady i'm enquiring for doesn't wanna pay through her nose for a pc, maybe R5000(for the laptop) if possible?

5K for both??? :eek:

tell her she ain't gonna get squat for that.

She won't even get a decent laptop for that much... without the Operating system.

colour Laser Printer... tons more... and the cartridges for those go at 1000.00 a shot.

tell her to think big!!! ;)

Oh ok... but even then... R5000.00 is really entry level for the laptop.

If she wants one with an OS... she will have to drop down to R4000... unless she can use Linux.

And she will have to beef it up with at least one Gb of RAM.
 
where would be a good place to buy that? I was thinking sybaratic or digital addiction but they don't have good priced laptops...
