hmmm... maybe, but i think we looking more at the region of around R3500 for the 2.66GHZ Bloomfield here

but when will the budget ones come out? and how much will those mobo's cost? and ddr3 ram isn't the cheapest

Year or two? I'm only planning an upgrade to my system some time next year so by then pricing should be better.
