Neobroadband downgrade - new contract?

I am looking to downgrade my 15mbit fiber line to 2mbit.

I have lived out my 24 month contract, does anyone know if they will downgrade the line without having to sign a new 24 month contract?

My reseller has no idea so not getting much joy from them

Leno, where are you based? Neotel does 24month contracts only to my knowledge.

PE, yup got the reply from them that new contract is required.

Silly as instead of at least keeping a 2meg client they will loose one
