So far it seems like we were just maxing out our 5Mbps NeoBroadband connection connection completely (we got over 6Mbps on their graphs) between 09:00 & 11:00 - or at least that is our conclusion between us and the Neotel Enterprise Support Staff.

We were supposed to be on a 10Mbps connection.
So now Neotel is fixing our profile and also adjusting our invoices so that we're only paying for 5Mbps up until now ;)

So I guess they have a few different places where they enforce that profile speed, which could cause some ISP's to work and others not to?!
This is probably why someone else here on myBB managed to get like 50Mbps on their speedtest.net profile even though they only had like 5-10Mbps NeoBroadband...
