Neobroadband Wireless - Constantly need to reboot

We had the same issue with a client's NeoBroadband connection. After a very long ball-passing troubleshoot method from Neotel (almost 3 months) they sent out a technician who found the CPE firmware to be incompatible with the high site. Didn't take them 5 minutes to fix the issue and only 3 months to acknowledge the problem was with their equipment.

Next time you at the customer site or have remote access, have a look at the F/W version and let us know what it is. Maybe it can point people in the right direction quicker!
