TCP Ports

I seem to be having trouble getting my TCP ports opened, ive used port checker utilites and it says my UDP ports are open but it cant seem to access the TCP ports no matter what I do, any suggestions?

You have to phone them and have them open your ports. It took me 4 calls before it was finally opened.

starting to think the port forwarding option on the router is just for show, firstly dynamic dns does not seem to work - i created an account on www.dyndns.org setup a host (picked up the wan address) all looked good, but the router doesn't seem to be sending updates to dyndns when there is an ip change.

It is more stable than the hardware implementations...
