Neoflex not working?? (Solution might be here)

My Neoflex device was giving me slow speeds for like two months, I made countless calls to the call-centre with no help at the end... not till I went to the head office but still I had to call them again and again. But finally a techie guy came over, and within 2 minutes it was working.

He just told the the techie guys at Neotel to change my profile to Neoflex. yippe:o

Hmmm ... we must find out what the different profiles mean so that we can help edumacate the other Neotel users.

I wonder if it's too much to ask for Neotel to have such details on their website.

Surely it should have been setup on the correct profile in the first place :confused::confused:
 
At first when I got Neoflex, everything worked perfectly. Somehow my profile was changed to a lower speed profile 2 months down the line. I asked how this could happen, but they didn't know.
 
What speeds were youll getting before and after the change?
