My Neoflex device was giving me slow speeds for like two months, I made countless calls to the call-centre with no help at the end... not till I went to the head office but still I had to call them again and again. But finally a techie guy came over, and within 2 minutes it was working.
He just told the the techie guys at Neotel to change my profile to Neoflex. yippe
