Neoflex - Please insert valid ruim

I managed to get working once by just pluging in and using an network cable instead of wifi havent tried since i think there is a switch in the front that you flick that it uses the usb but that message comes up and i just tried it until it worked.

As discussed, the device does not use a RUIM and therefore the error message must be ignored. The device has the RUIM information hard coded into the device and therefore does not require one.
 
I am going to simulate the problem in a few minutes and will compare my results with you.
 
tried it now all i have connected is a network cable and it didnt ask for the ruim
 
I also get the RUIM message. Sometimes I get lucky and I can use the app, but mostly I get the error message. I once got the app to work by continually trying to run it until it finally succeeded.
 
Ok here are my results: I simulated your error @ ushir but found that if you forgo the USB cable and connect using only the LAN connection no error is generated.

I will be looking @ the USB error tomorrow.
