How binding is this?

Some people say that you are stuck into a 24month contract with neotel, and others say you can cancel with n penalties.

Anybody know what the deal is?

If you have good reason to cancel, you can get outta it.

Like, it never works BUT you've tried to get support from Neotel etc, then you can cancel but don't worry, even this way, you'll still have dramas.
