Neotel billing!!!

I am so fed up with Neotel's billing!

I have nothing but the worst service from them and I am on the verge of cancelling my service!
Has anybody else received an sms asking them to pay there bill? I am up to date :mad:

I got this sms, decided to call the call center who tell me that there systems are down... (I happen to know they were not down) :confused:
I asked the guy to call me back, two days later and still no call back.

pathetic service AGAIN!

He repsonds very well to personal insults to his ability to do the job of credit controller. He even knows how to send a screen shot :) Took a couple of abusive emails to him to resolve an outstanding amount of R70 after I canceled my account.
 
Ja, I also got the SMS and my account is up to date. What a bloody cheek. :mad:
 
Neotel is terrible, never use them.

We immigrated to the UK 9 months ago, we went thru all the pains of cancellation, letters, faxes etc etc. hours on the phone. And we thought all was ok, then suddenly 4 months later we have bills coming in suddenly. Telling us we are overdue and we owe over a thousand rand....
They are pathetic. We dont even know what to do next.
