I am so fed up with Neotel's billing!
I have nothing but the worst service from them and I am on the verge of cancelling my service!
Has anybody else received an sms asking them to pay there bill? I am up to date
I got this sms, decided to call the call center who tell me that there systems are down... (I happen to know they were not down)
I asked the guy to call me back, two days later and still no call back.
pathetic service AGAIN!
