Neotel Call Centre

Does anyone know when the Neotel call centre will be operational again? Just goes dead all the time after the selections....

I have to fight with them every time i get through and all they say is "there is no report of a problem but will look into it". Its been like this for weeks now and nothing is being sorted.

BTW, Where the F*** is our bandwidth meter??

Thought I would give check the call centre out.

First try & the line went dead. Tried again and got through to an agent. Asked her about WiMAX for consumers.

Her response: Please elaborate, what is WiMAX??

Decided not to take it any further & left it there. What a useless bunch of .....

I used to be a big Neotel fan. Really wanted to get my internet connection from them. After reading the various posts I dont think I will ever touch Neotel, not even with a 10 foot pole.

37 attempts to get to a Neotel call centre rep, every one of them disconnected, lovely!!! I have given up now - I have lost........Telkom here I come
