Neotel called me twice today. The first call was to tell
me that I couldn't get Neoconnect Prime because
my area was still not covered. I asked them to notify me
when they would extend cover to my area, and the guy
said "Ok". The second call came a few hours later, and they
told me the same thing, but this time they asked me if
I would change over if my area became 'covered' and
also where I heard about them from. I said MyBroadBand
and the guy on the other end seemed to know the site
although he didn't sound too pleased with my response.

Anyway both calls were made now, about 2 weeks after
I used the Coverage Map on the Neotel site. I had
to fill in my details at that stage.

I'm still waiting for them to contact me, probably been > 3 weeks.

On a nitpicky side note...

Peter, you are abusing my Widescreen LCD by pressing enter after each line, the screen won't break or derail your PC at the end of the line, promise! :p ;) :D

Feels like I'm reading a poem, just waiting for the lines to start rhyming.

1KB worth of posts, should actually be the significant threshold on a forum like this :p

Firstly Neotel are not pleased with the comments on this forum...
Well firstly we are been realistic about their service, the down time, etc.
They launch to public and the downfall hits them on the forum firstly we need to request the call centre to forward a ticket to the get told how much bandwidth we've used/consumed and perhaps get a feed back 2 days later as Network Team have to supply that information..

I was first told I was only covered for Lite, when I actually got the service, to my knowledge I was not covered was getting roughly around 2000 ms, the whole week. I did complain however told them this is Ridiculously unacceptable, even they had no Vista drivers available for the device I took until I discovered I did have covered on their maps.

Secondly : They either blame things that your Operating system/ PC faulty..
When I have tried various things on various computers and outcomes all the same..
