Neotel Cape Town problems?

Hi there

We received feedback that Neotel experienced connectivity problems/downtime in Cape Town yesterday (17 November 2010). WE asked Neotel for comment, but they did not even acknowledge our emails.

If you reside in cape Town, can you please give feedback on whether you have experienced problems yesterday.

There has been some issues since Tuesday, I am on WIMax and been getting some packet loss/timeouts. I think there is an issue at one of there Basestations. Any Idea which one you are connected to.

WE have just received feedback about problems. No comment from Neotel - head in sand I guess.

Cape Town problems

Yes, it did go down. For several hours actually. I'm in the Steenberg/Tokai area and we lost all signal for a couple of hours.

Like, Erm 2mbps Down/ 1.5mbps Up. No packet loss. 300GB downloaded in 10 days. That kinda thing
