I have seen a whole pile of Neotel guys digging up Sandton and Randburg so at least they are now visibly doing something.... Nothing usefull but something at least

I have it on rather good authority the actual launch will be beginning of April not May. Don't know why people keep thinking early new year must mean January.
"Neotel further said that their pilot programme for the consumer offering is well underway and that they are satisfied with the results"
Then why have MYAdsl not been able to test it?
I smell something! and it's Bull$h!t!
Not really. They only have authority over the telecommunications prices. Neotel already has the spectrum it needs and no provider needs the approval for their bandwidth pricing. Those 2 sentences appear to contradict one another, not sure what you intended there.
Fair enough, you can ask, and I can decline to answer. The info is not confidential since they are releasing it, only the source for obvious reasons. I suspect the MD has more important things to do and there are people much more up to date with the network and marketing. 100 days could be counting from January. If you have confidential info, and you are making it public without prior permission, and even the MD of the company to which the info supposedly relates, contradicts the info that you are making public, then expect to have some questions hurled in your direction.
As I said nobody specific, just the general attitude that seems to be prevailing.Who is|are the 'they' to whom you refer and accuse of expecting a January 2008 launch of NeeTel's CDMA2000?
