I don't get it... even if folks feel the offering is too expensive/not flexible enough/{insert reason here}, how is this not getting more love? It's monumentally astounding that we have an actual, concrete tariff plan for South Africa's SNO.
Like Cara, I'll be pulling out the Champagne and having a toast to NeoTel. Especially since this is likely only the beginning and there have been sound, logical reasons why their offering is structured the way it is. Without another undersea cable it's impractical for them to provide us all with uncapped anything but already they've come in with a higher offering than other people.
I would have thought that since the majority of people here joined the site because of the way Telkom has been pillaging our country unchecked there'd be a little more happiness.
We've been moaning about not having competition for years and years and now when we finally have something resembling light at the end of the tunnel, the most common comment is "Oh no, that's not cheap/fast/efficient/amazingly astounding/UK standard for me. I'll just stay with Telkom."?
