I'm sorry, but I just have to ask the question - Did the staff writer not read/see the article where Neotel did in fact deny throttling?

I was also wondering about this oversight.

Further if you read the previous article, it seems that they will bring in a FUP on the Wimax, so they can limit the "High-end" customers. I can already see how the people will complain in a few months.

So you wouldn't sign up for 1mbit uncapped running over wimax for R250?

uncapped 384 is R350 + analog line rental, so call it R450 to be generous. Uncapped 1mbit over wimax for R400 all inclusive would be a very good deal.

Anyway, Neotel is just another rip-off instead of the SNO it's supposed to be so for that reason won't touch them.
