Is there a Neotel coverage map somewhere on the web?

Neotel's own site is USELESS as it only works on street addresses!

The Nashua Mobile page doesn't work either.

Don't you live on a street?

Just pick a (known) street in your area, or select a street that comes up after you have typed a few letters. It will show the map for that street, input any street number e.g. 3. Then zoom out, and pan (using the hand symbol) to your/suburb/street and then zoom in again. Unfortunately, the orange coverage indication disappears when you zoom out twice, so one can't get an overview of Neotel's coverage.

Hi Allin

Our company has access to the Neotel Coverage maps. They are unfortunately privileged and we are not allowed to share them with the general public for various reasons.

If you PM me addresses/GPS coordinates I can tell you what is available (Fibre/Microwave/WiMax)

Don't go Neotel. Worst decision you will ever make. Yes it's cheap, but it's crap.

If you not willing to fork out for Telkom, then go for Cell C or 8ta. Just avoid Neotel.

Hi mkhan, depends on which services you're referring to. I'd agree the consumer services are "best effort" at best...

The NeoBroadband range of connectivity services are excellent. We've been using NeoBroadband over Microwave for almost 5 years and I'm happy as can be with the services. Their Fibre based services are awesome too but not really targeted at the home user currently. There a whispers of fibre to the home packages available soon though ;)

We have a handset which works fine in the cbd but signal is pathetic near pta West. It's a mobile phone but Neotel say that we have to buy an external aerial cos they don't have sufficient coverage in that area.

Absolutely ridiculous.
They won't try to improve their network, rather admit that they have a useless network and let that be that.

Bump.

After all these years, how can their coverage map still be broken? Now it doesn't even seem to appear...

Hi Mike

PM me your GPS coords and what products you're looking for and I will check for you.

Good morning all,

Does anyone here know if there is coverage for Neotel LTE in the Valhalla area in Centurion. From what I can make out on the coverage map there is cover around Valhalla but not in Valhalla itself.

2016.08- Still no map to browse.
I do not want to give address, like going a travel agent to book a flight.

Good Day Allin,

Our coverage map uses an exact street address ie: Property number, street name, area.
If you are struggling to find if your area is covered please give our sales team a call on 0860NEOTEL and they will be able to assist based on area and the service your are interested in.
