New Neotel Email settings as from the 15th of November 2015.

SetUp secure POP Mail

Android Devices
1. From the Applications menu, select Email. This application may be named Mail on some versions of Android.
2. Select Add account
3. Enter your email address and password
4. Select Manual Setup
5. Select POP3 Account
6. Enter your email address in the 1st field
7. Use your email address as the User name where requested
8. For POP3 server: use
9. Select TLS(Accept all certificates)
10. Change the port to 995
11. Chose whether to have email deleted off the server when deleted from device
12. Click Next
13. Enter as the SMTP server
14. Choose TLS(Accept all certificates) for security
15. Port will be 587
16. User name is the email address e.g.
17. Click Next
18. Select your Sync schedule
19. Give the account a friendly name
20. Click done
Apple Devices
1. From the Home screen, tap Settings
2. On the Settings screen, tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars
3. Tap Add Account
4. Tap Other
5. Tap Add Mail Account
6. Complete the fields on screen
7. Tap POP
8. Under Incoming Mail Server, enter as the Host Name
9. Username is your email address
10. Under Outgoing Mail Server, enter as the host name
11. Username is your email address
12. Tap Save
13. From the Home screen, tap Settings. On the Settings screen, tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars
14. Tap your account
15. Tap advanced
16. Tap Use SSL if you have chosen the secure settings. Enter the 993 as the Server Port for the Incoming Mail Server
17. Tap save
18. From the SMTP menu, tap the primary outgoing server for the account. This will be the server name assigned to your domain.
19. To Use SSL, tap ON
20. Tap Server Port and change it to 587
21. Tap Save
Windows Phone
1. In the App list, tap Settings > email+account > add an account > other account.
2. select Advanced > Internet email
In Account type, select POP and enter your incoming and outgoing server names. Type in the full name of the server for your email provider.

3. Select Advanced and select the boxes Require SSL for incoming mail and Require SSL for outgoing mail, then select sign in.
