Are they gonna sue Fanta Orange as well?
"The colour has become a signature of iBurst’s services."
Everywhere, including, at their newly moved-into offices in Sandton, where the urinal cakes are the same hue of orange as the doors, etc...This is unbelievable! It took the reading the whole article to try and remember where IBust is using orange.
..while not entirely true, bear in mind that expensive [-]rabidattackrats[/-] legal firms on retainer also have to be SEEN to be justifying said retainer. So while this "action" could actually have merit, it's as likely that it's also just a "brewhaha" (heh) in a teacup...They claim exclusivity and say that the public associate the orange colour with them, yet I immediatly think of the French Mobile company "Orange" when I associate a colour with a company.
