Phones will ring, but goes engaged on answer.

Peering?

Seems like peering between Telkom and Neotel is off.
From Vodacom it works fine.

Telkom is having issues everywhere today, clients (to my company) are phoning and complaining blaming us (typically) but we directing them to Telkom and they are apparently working on it.

I'm referring to Cape Town obviously.

I have noticed when calling Neotel (whenever I do) I have issues with their call centre, they drop your call etc and even after the 'customer rep' takes your details, they don't bother to call you back which bugs the hell outta me!

This has happened to me with FNB, and they call back, so that's def +1 to FNB
