This is retarded. Neotel hasn't worked for over a month. WTF am I paying R999 a month for?

Not even at 3 o'clock this morning did it work. Every 3rd packet returns a "Destination Unreachable" error.

In the last 21 days, using a special download manager designed for such dodgy connections, I have done an amazing 300megs.

Hugo, fix this. I have stuck around with you oaks for almost a year now hoping you would get your act together. Is this how its going to be for ever?
