Hi everyone

I'm being presumptuous here, I'd safely say that my service should be running as normal or better when I get home.

And all praise to the Rep, whom without we would all be lost in eternity.

Thank you Neotel Rep, all this fuss, rant and outright b1tchiness could've been avoided had you been around - well you do need a break, so a subsitute would've been in order. Can you arrange this perhaps Rep?
