They told me my area is covered...
To me it is a lie..

Why do you think I made them to come and do a signal test althought they said my area is covered? And the signal test result is not satisfactory, so I didn't get it.

But I heard from one of the rep that if they said you are covered but in fact signal is very bad, they will allow you to cancel the contract and return the device.

I ain't paying them jack. I've had the service less than 1 week and truly my area ain't covered...

So did they cancel it?

If they stated that you have coverage whilst you can clearly prove that you don't, you could be able to claim a misrepresentation in the contract which as far as I know, would be a form of breach of contract. You should be able to be compensated for your payments and deposit in return for handing back the modem and phone, etc. In this case, I'm sure they'd be happy to do so as long as you can show them you have no or poor coverage.
