Have been wondering. In the latest press release from Neotel they said that they are aware of the frustrations that the consumers have out there.
I would say one of the frustrations is that there is no representative of Telkom on this forum (lots of promises but still no representative). It works wonders for Vodacom and MTN, so the question is whether Neotel will a representative on here or not?
