Getting Screwed - The "Proudly South African" Way
If you ask me, this is going to be the same like all the other sectors.

I am convinced that once a year all the players gets together around a lekker braai. You know:
ABSA, Standard Bank, FNB, Nedbank and the rest.
Vodacom, MTN, Cell C.
Telkom, NeoTel.
And then they discuss how they are going to screw the consumer this year, and make sure that they all structure their pricing more or less the same so they don't undercut each other, because if everybody keep their prices in check then everyone will be able to make a couple of billion.
I mean why would you only want to make R3.8 Billion when you can make R4.8 Billion by suddenly thinking up some redicilous new charge of R1 or R2 on each consumers account.
So assume the position for Neotel.
