Neotel SMTP server

Does anyone know what Neotel's SMTP server is. I can not send mail from one of my emails. Have to use my ISP's SMTP.

Had a few errors when I ran a test using EHLO and couldn't pick up too much except there maybe connection restrictions on the SMTP server.

Nslookup Test

smtp.neomail.co.za and smtp.neotel.co.za should be them.

Need some help please guys

Trying to set up an a DVR with e mail so if something happens or the system goes down it mails me.
We use Neotel Fibre and dont know what the SMTP and port should be.
Any help please?
