Neotel Static Ip????

Hi all , was just wondering if neotel will provide us with a static ip bcz they making us take contracts? IS gives people 5 static ips on a 12month contract

I do not want to *cough* up around R200 for a static ip.....
The contracts are just there to keep you attached to NeoTel, well they have a bumpy ride, various gliches are bound to happen
