Anyone know how Neotel's ombudsman can be contacted? They are ripping me off and I am having endless problems with them of which their call-centre has been of non-assistance and emailing them does not work, as they do not reply.

That I think is Icasa. Unfortunately. They are a useless as Notel themselves. Go to the Notel section of this forum, there are sad stories galore.

@Death192, i have moved back to cybersmart which i am really happy about, its just Neotel still charging me R300 for a device that does not work and i cant seem to get this thing cancelled. i sent them a letter, came back undelivered, called their call-centre, emailled, nothing worked.

He is the only person at Neotel that can sort out their mess.
