Hi Guys, ive had endless problems with neotel, they signed me up even though I had "EXCELLENT" coverage according to their system, and Ive haven't a good signal since I got it, logged endless
phonecalls and still nothing, it has been six months of promises and yet debit orders still go off.

What can I do legally in order to sort this out, I paid R1000 pm for no service, I feel like i have been robbed.

If I'm lucky I can connect to the internet at 40kbs (kilobits) which disconnects and all sort of crap the whole time, I struggle to phone them from Neotel number as it breaks up worse than a cellphone without coverage.

I have demanded a full refund, and in return they will rather give me a couple of months for "free" which means NOTHING as I have no coverage.

They promised me external antennas etc. and NOTHING. Has anyone got a number from one of the main guys (Manager) there, coz I think I'm speaking to the wall.

I have terminated my service, which I have to give a months notice as well.

Please help.
