Netbook - Office 2003

Hi,

Will te following netbook be able to run Office 2003 (STD).

From the min spec's for office 03, it looks fine but practically, im not sure.

Should run it fine, as long as no large excel documents get used on it.

what you paying for it cause theres way better laptops between R4000 and R8000

cause that laptop looks like it came from 2005 (even my old 2005 one is better lol)

I did not even bother to look at the specs and yet I can say "YES".

On my netbook I had Ubuntu running, with a WindowsXP in VirtualBox and Office2003 for my wife and no problems.

Its a netbook, what do expect. But I do agree on adding in an extra K or two to get better deals. Saw some nice specials at HiFi on Saturday.

Even Office 2007 under Windows 7 runs fine on an Atom Netbook with 1gb RAM.
