Netflix on Telkom LIT

Hi All,

I just want to inquire if anyone is experiencing the same problem I am with the Telkom LIT bundle.

I have ran out of my normal "Data" so only have LIT available for youtube. dstv now and netflix.

I have an android box and youtube/dstv now works on it with the LIT data. Netflix does not, but it does work on my mobile device connected to the WIFI i have.

All devices connected to the same WIFI.

Does anyone know why I cannot use netflix on my Android TV device?

It could be that the netflix app is using a different IP that Telkom has not zero rated for the lit bundle. I'm not too familiar with the netflix app but as a work around can you not cast the video from your phone to the telkom lit box? They are on the same network and wifi so you should be able to cast it. It's not a real solution but maybe a temporary work around until you can get info why it's not working.

I have tried to cast to the device but it still does not want to play. Screen mirror does work to an extent whereby I can hear the voices but the video is black.

If you have more suggestions would be appreciated.
