They should not expire.

You just need to tell Unotelly your new IP address when it changes.
Suggest getting the unotelly app on your smartphone. You can do it from there (as long as your phone is on your wifi)

Correct, you can also do it on the landing page on untelly.com. There is a box there that says "Update IP" Once your IP is linked it works. The DNS's always stay the same.

I had a problem where unotelly would not update the IP address on my Laptop using there site. I found that I had to have the unotelly DNS Servers entered into the Laptop to Update after the Public Ip address changed. As my laptop travells to Client Sites, my DNS had to be automatic for client networks.

I solved it by setting up a Debian virtual Client that has the DNS Servers defaulted to the Unotelly DNS Servers.
Then I implemented the Unotelly Cron job to check and update using my assigned key every hour

Over a week now without netflix giving the not available error and having to log into unotelly to update it.

Try this setup to keep things running smoothly:
- Enter DNS ip addresses into your ROUTER
- For completeness sake block the public DNS http://help.unotelly.com/support/articles/192836-why-do-i-need-to-block-public-dns-lookups-
- Check quickstart.UnoTelly.com to make sure all is well with the setup
- Read this article on different ways to automatically update UnoTelly IP address http://help.unotelly.com/support/articles/78930-update-ip-address
- Now delete the DNS settings on the ps3 and set everything back to default
