My email to Netflorist:

Hi,

I tried to order various flower arrangements and each time I get to the delivery page it says NOT AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY TO "xxx area". I tried about 5 different options…no luck.

What is the problem?

If I wanted a call I would have phoned....just tell me what is wrong with your bloody website!

I am a registered user on their website...all my details are there. I have used them before.
 
Nice of them to offer to call you. Do you suffer from telephonophobia?
 
End of story is I am not sending my details, that they already have. I went to Woolworths and purchased flowers there.
 
I used to use them - wouldn't touch them with a barge pole now :sick:

If you want to disappoint your loved ones and embarrass yourself, use Netflorist


They are complete shyte now. Ordered flowers as a birthday present, 2 weeks later I demanded a refund, which was processed more than a month after.

Rather phone up a local shop in the area and arrange through them.
 
knowing whats wrong with the website (if any) wont resolve your problem.
they are offering you an alternative by capturing your order telephonicaly possibly shipping the flowers to an area outside of the normal product logistics as a measure to make up for the inconvenience...

there is just no pleasing some people
 
You aren't missing out on much - the quality of Netflorist's flowers is not what it used to be.

Probably area or post code that does not link up

I have previously used them and sent flowers to that address. I ensured that I did not select from the items that stated specific area restrictions. I wasn't interested in an alternative way to order.

i use them quite often, they dont always use the same partnering florists though, perhaps there is some kind of issue there.
any alternatives to netflorist?
