Good point, almost all modern routers support some form of meshing these days. They usually only fall short on wireless uplink, which is not an issue when you run a cable to your main router.

Yeah no that will just be because people don't change the default admin password.

It's not that simple, but yes, it's criminal that routers don't force password changes.

Necro post, is anyone currently using multiple HUAWEI WiFi AX3's as a mesh network? Compared to a couple of Tp-Link Deco X20's is it just a case of the X20's being more user friendly?

I only use one AX3 but it’s best to install the original firmware.
