Network Error

Hi Guys

Got the error: network not available, please try again later on my wifes Blackberry 9360.

Now ive tried basically everything, set the zone to Harare, battery pull, resent the service books etc, but it just does not want to connect to the internet.

Everything else works ie emails, BBM, whatsapp etc, but not the browser or appworld.

Anybody experience something similar, or know of a fix?

Which network? Contract or prepaid? What price plan? BIS or BES?

Had that same problem a while back. Fixed as follows, hope it works for you:

1. Locate TCP/IP settings, usually under OPTIONS/ADVANCED OPTIONS
2. Enable APN SETTINGS
3. Enter APN: blackberry.net
4. Save settings & restart handset.
